Rates:

Low Season (Sept 1 -May 31):

Midweek per night:  $189

Weekend per night: $219

Holiday weekend per night: $239

Weekly : $1298

Monthly: $4850

High Season (June 1 - August 31):

Midweek per night: $239

Weekend per night: $259

Holiday weekend per night: $279

Weekly:  $1680

Monthly: $5850

Policies:

Cleaning fee: $75

Minimum 2 nights, 3 nights for holiday weekend 

Payments:

Full payment is required to secure the reservation.

A $300 is required for security / damage deposit.   The deposit will be refunded if the conditions outlined in the Rental Agreement are met. 

Cancelations:

A 60 day notice is required for cancelation without penalty.

Cancelation within 60 days will receive refund if the unit is re-rented.
